 Chairman and the Presidium: one Chairman and one Deputy Chairman, and the members of the Presidium is odd-numbered with less than 7 competent persons.

1. Chairman: As honored by the French leadership by convention

2. Executive Chairman: Recommended and decided by Honorary Chairman

3. Deputy Chairman: appointed by the Chairman

4. The remaining senior personnel are appointed by the chairman and deputy chairman,

5. Leaders of international organizations and presidents, kings and royal families from all over the world, famous individuals from overseas countries have asked honorary presidents to confirm their consent

6. Board members: academicians of eminent personalities in the field of science and technology with great influence in various countries

Duty of the Executive Chairman

1. Audit the resolutions of administration and scientific technology

2. Carry out membership conference resolution

4. Supervise the operation of executive board

6. Supervise yearly financial budget, final accounts, audit

7. Exam working report of world institution

8. Accept donation of fundings and resources, and maintain sound financial operations

10. Maintain and coordinate the sound development of good relations with top international leaders and various agencies

11. Work together with Vice President to ensure the operation and development of global science and technology institutions

Honorary Chairman

In accordance with the directives of the founding President General de Gaulle of France and in order to ensure that the Organization is led by France as the world leader in science and technology, Honorary Chairman are all honored by the French President of France.
